tracking sheet

Someone asked me to post my daily tracking sheet for how i document food, exercise, and water while working out. 

I am starting TurboFire and Shakeology on Monday in a 90-day challenge group since my workouts seem to have led me to have a hard time dropping the weight. There is a woman in the group who has lost a bunch of weight using it so i am stoked!

I'll keep you posted on my progress as i work towards a bikini body. Look out boys!

  1. Considered shakology -- a couple of gals I know are BB coaches. Let me know how it goes (and how costly it is)!

    1. Shakeology is 119 for a month supply. Which when you break it down it's about 4 dollars a day. So i look to it as a my Starbucks replacement. My friend and coach Kristi says that it curbs your cravings and need for food which if yesterday is any indication... it's true! I was so full after my choconana shake.
